How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping often takes 4-7 business days once payment has been confirmed and processed. Payment processing may take 1-3 business day(s) to complete. Once payment is processed, a confirmation email will be sent over to the customer with a tracking number.

All Frosty Chainz jewelry is covered under a lifetime warranty for all manufacturing defects. Frosty Chainz strives to provide customers with the best care and service to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. We will provide replacement or credit for any manufacturing defects.
REFUNDS TERMS & POLICY CONDITIONS
Frosty Chainz provides a 14-day return policy for store credit, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied, we will gladly issue a refund, exchange, or store credit for jewelry fully returned within 14 days of delivery. All returns and exchanges must go through our refund steps by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org to be accepted. All returns must have their original packaging in a condition determined to be resellable to qualify for acceptance of a refund. Items received after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Important Note: Our policy has a non-returnable or exchangeable clause on all solid gold products or custom-made products, due to the complex logistics of craft and logistics steps that are provided with these orders. Once solid gold products go into production, there can be NO cancellations. We are not responsible for any personal items accidentally returned to Frosty Chainz. Any dispute on custom orders will be reviewed and determined case by case. Our luxury jewelry is covered under a lifetime warranty for all manufacturing defects. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded with store credit. In cases of fraud you will refunded your payment to your bank or card after the dispute is proven.
